We start our process by reading over your client questionnaire that you completed letting us know all about your needs, style, taste and budget.
During this phase we’ll asses your home or commercial space in great detail. We will begin to create a plan for your final approval. This plan includes: conceptual sketches, proposed floor plans, furniture suggestions, and recommendations for textiles, wall treatments, window coverings flooring and other materials for your project. In this step you will be able to visualize your design, and how your space will come together.
During this phase we look over your drawings and measurements and translate your drawing into a professional floor plan. The plan will show potential furniture placement best for flow of traffic and overall function of the space. During the Planning stage we will itemize your budget by item.This helps us/you to stay within budget and make the sourcing process easier.
Using the completed floor plan, budget and your design inspiration, we start to procure and collect pieces that we feel are perfect for your space. I keep close tabs on completion of items fabricated and order for your design and set a date for install when all design items have been received.
Painting will be completed based on the color schemes we selected. Each piece of furniture will be thoroughly inspected and prepared for installation. Delivery date is then set for remaining items to complete your amazing designing.
